01Information you share
Our property inquiry, developer criteria, investor access and conversation forms collect the details you choose to provide. Depending on the form, these include your name, contact details, preferred contact method, property address, company, target markets, investment or development criteria, timing, timezone and notes. Optional questions can be left blank.
Forms also include the source page and available campaign/source information so an inquiry can be understood in context. Please do not submit passwords, payment card details or sensitive identification documents.
02How information is used
ATLAS PROPERTIES uses submitted information to review property inquiries, understand developer or investor criteria, respond through the contact details provided and organize follow-up. A conversation request may include suggested times, but it does not automatically book a meeting.
Submitting a form does not create a purchase agreement or guarantee access to an investment opportunity.
03Hosting and inquiry follow-up
The website is hosted by Netlify. Production submissions are received and stored through Netlify Forms. Netlify processes information needed to serve the website, handle submissions and filter spam. Photos and fonts are served with the website.
We use a private Google Sheet to organize inquiry follow-up. When the website’s delivery connection is enabled, a copy of submitted contact, property or criteria information and source details is delivered there, alongside review status, assignment, follow-up dates and team notes. The spreadsheet is not published as a public page.
Website and form providers may maintain operational or security logs as part of providing their services. This is separate from the limited first-party event measurement described below.
04First-party measurement
When enabled, our own measurement endpoint records counts of page views, form starts, successful form submissions and conversation requests. Counts are grouped by known page, form, audience type, broad traffic source and day. They describe events, not uniquely identified visitors or confirmed transactions.
These measurement records do not include submitted names, contact details, property addresses, notes or inquiry identifiers. The measurement application does not use visitor identifiers, tracking cookies, IP addresses, browser fingerprints or raw URL query strings for these counts.
The website honors Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control by skipping these analytics events. These signals do not prevent an inquiry you choose to submit from being received and reviewed.
05Campaign and source labels
To carry a visit’s campaign/source information between pages, the website may temporarily keep short campaign/source labels in your browser’s sessionStorage. This browser-managed session storage is separate from cookies and is not used to assign a unique visitor identifier. Available labels may accompany a form you choose to submit.
When Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control is enabled, the website does not persist these labels in sessionStorage. A submitted inquiry can still include its source page and available source information from the current page.
06Advertising and messaging
No advertising pixels or advertising trackers are configured on this website. Automated SMS updates are not enabled. Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in an automated text messaging or marketing program.
07Privacy questions
For a question about information you submitted, or a request to correct or delete it, use our conversation form and describe the request. Include enough information to identify the original inquiry without sending sensitive documents.
